Early 2020

In January and February, our church operated as normal with our traditional Blessing of the Delaware River in January and our wonderfully interactive passing of the Peace.

An Unusual Spring

The church adapted to a new normal as social gatherings were restricted because of COVID-19. These changes affected the Lenten season and other spring gatherings. To continue our traditions, St. Philip’s live-streams Sunday Eucharist at 8:15 and 10:15 a.m. on Facebook. In addition, Father Michael leads Morning Prayer and Evening Prayer every day from the parish house.

Essential Work During the Pandemic

St. Philip’s continued its essential work after restrictions on social gatherings were put in place in March 2020. This photo gallery highlights how Father Michael and the entire St. Philip’s parish pulled together to strengthen connections, support the New Hope community, and bring hope to those deeply affected by the pandemic.

In All Seasons

Our beautiful church is a source of faith, peace, joy and inspiration throughout the seasons.
